Have questions about your bill? Our Billing section provides detailed information on understanding your charges and managing your account.

Billing inquires

All our billing occurs through our customer portal. Our customer portal allows you to change your billing method, add new credit/debit/bank card information, see past billing cycle receipts, etc.

How to pay your bill

  1. Head to the customer portal here.

  2. Add your payment information:

  3. Enter in your amount due and click 'Pay by IPPay'.

  4. OR click the checkbox next to the Overdue invoice.

Payment options

ResiBridge accepts all credit/debit/bank cards as method of payment.

Auto pay and billing dates

  1. Autopay is the default setup upon account creation. Customers can opt-out to self-pay by letting the Customer Service team know.

  2. The 1st of each month is the default due date for billing. Customers can opt to receive their bill and pay on other days of the month.

Payment cycle and due date

Our billing is a pre-paid cycle. Once you pay on the first of each month, you are paying for service for the entire month.

Upgrading speed or adding on DTV

Once you upgrade, there is no bill due upfront. Your bill on the first of the next month will reflect your new tariff plan.

Changing contact information

On the top right of your customer portal, you will be able to change your contact information.
